AboutChef Bhutia began his culinary journey at a young age learning to cook in his parents’ kitchen and has since become skilled in cultivating unique flavors across the Asian sub-continent. After graduating, he spent the last 10 years working in renowned hospitality groups such as Taj Hotels. Let me tell you: hands down, best briyani, I have ever had! This wasnt my first rodeo when it comes to briyani, but, oh, my!!! Amazing flavours, beautiful combination, this dish became my all time favourite. The family enjoyed it very much as well. Tasted the other dishes too, all of them equally amazing!
